Ferry transportation is provided Monday - Friday for staff members from Pineland Marina at 7am to Safety Harbor Club, returning on the 3:
30pm ferry back to Pineland Marina at approximately 4:
15pm.

On-the-job training Tropical surroundings Private Club/Association management We are looking for an outstanding Administrative Assistant who understands the importance of delivering consistent customer-centric service.
In addition to assisting the General Manager of the association in day-to-day operations, the Administrative Assistant regularly interacts with residents and vendors via phone, email and computer-based communications.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, a high level of technical/computer skills and a willingness to learn.
Thinking outside the box to solve challenges and taking initiative will set the candidate on the right path to success in achieving the organization's overall goal of delivering exceptional service and making a positive difference in the day of those we serve.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and address their needs, connecting them to the appropriate staff member as needed Answer and address incoming calls as the first point of contact for the association's management office Maintain office supplies and office equipment Schedule appointments and meetings Organize and manage files, records, and other documents Provide general clerical support to staff members, as directed by General Manager Assist with special projects, as needed Issue temporary boat passes and collect pertinent information Data entry Prepartion of meeting packets and application to committees Initiation of billing activity Ability to read Owner Ledger and provide entry-level troubleshooting Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace Additional duties as assigned from time to time by General Manager Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
