- Prepare and serve a variety of deli items, such as sandwiches, salads, and soups - Ensure food is prepared and presented in accordance with food safety guidelines - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the deli area - Assist customers in selecting deli products and provide excellent customer service - Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately - Stock and rotate deli products to ensure freshness - Follow recipes and portion control guidelines for food preparation - Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and achieve department goals Requirements:
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations - Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience in sales or food service is required - Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds - Willingness to learn and adapt to changing job responsibilities Note:
