Asst. Restaurant Manager

Job Summary
The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager and is responsible for coordinating, supervising and directing all aspects of the restaurant operations, while supporting a profitable F&B outlet and high quality products and service levels. The Assistant Restaurant Manager is expected to help with staff management and guest satisfaction to promote business; reduce employee turnover; maintain revenue; and meet the Restaurant Manager's directive while keeping quality consistently high. At least 3 years of progressive leadership experience in a restaurant; and 2 or more years of related Restaurant operational experience. Must have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
