Starbucks Manager

Job Summary
The Starbucks Manager will report to the Director of Food and Beverage and will be responsible for the successful operation of the outlet. The candidate will ensure productivity through management of staff; ensuring a clean, well-stocked and properly maintained outlet. The Manager will oversee orders, report any service requirements to the Director; communicate with the Starbucks Regional Manager to ensure proper training and compliance. The Manager controls the store?s cash handling process, employee scheduling and ultimate profitability. The qualified candidate will have previous restaurant or retail management experience. Will have previous experience with training staff, accounting and cash handling. The successful candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays. Excellent computer, business communication and customer service skills are necessary. Must be able to manage several projects at once and stand for the duration of the day. Previous Starbucks certification is a PLUS.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
