Marina Dockhand

Job Summary
Perform the daily duties necessary to the operation of the Marina. Responsible for efficiently handling guest check-ins and outs as they pertain to the Marina, opening/closing of the day's marina business and accounting for all cash, resort charges and credit card transactions including security of cask bank and marina keys, safety/operation/disbursement of fuel products, inventory and inventory control i.e. oil stock, fuel levels and the daily accounting for fuel reports, assist with the docking and placement of vessels in the marina and assist with the proper security of their berthing. Must be able to make and handle cash, credit card and resort charge transactions. Must have a valid Florida driver's license, be able to stand for the duration of the shift, lift heavy equipment and work in extreme weather conditions.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
