Director of Owner Relations

Job Summary
This individual will lead and manage a staff that is responsible for all aspects of the guest experience, using all internal and external resources necessary to provide exceptional guest service. Always maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
1. Communicate to the Owners through newsletters, email and dedicated Owner web sites.
2. Develop a relationship with "out of program owners" with the goal of having them join one of our rental or lease programs.
3. Support the implementation of the OOP renter resort fee and ensure resort standards are communicated to owners as well as maximize the retention of existing program owners.
4. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal coupling with the analytic ability for developing and providing both quantitative and qualitative reports as required.
6. Have the ability to respond quickly to business needs and be customer focused.
7. Evaluate guest vacation preferences, market trends, understanding property performance and market factors.
8. Promote and market of homes and condominiums through various printed media and other venues.
9. Maintains the revenue management of the properties.
10. Maintains quality of the units by an annual walk through using a grading system for refurbishing.

Knowledge and Skills:
Education: A four year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
Experience: Must have 5 years of employment related to this position.
Skills and Abilities:
Requires advanced knowledge of the hospitality business management fields.
Requires working knowledge of major areas and the skills to integrate and communicate that information.
Requires highly developed communication skills and the ability to negotiate, convince, sell and influence other managerial personnel, hotel guest and/or corporate clients.
Must be able to work a 40-50 hour work week, days and weekends.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
